Substance Abuse in the Workplace

This is a general discussion of the common drugs
of abuse, their appeal, actions and side effects, testing methods, management
of the impaired employee and aftercare. 

In the proposed new 49 CFR Part 382, testing for
additional amphetamine-like drugs will be included.
 We also discuss some of the
ploys used to defeat the drug testing process, and the countermeasures that are
implemented. 

The more you know about substance abuse, the
