D.O.T. Physicals

physical exams are required to be updated every 2 years.
When a person is found to be significantly hypertensive,
only a 3 month temporary license may be issued,
and the re-certification exams may be required on an annual basis.
Of course, we perform audiometry on all of our DOT physical examinations.
Over the years, we have discovered a variety of health care conditions;
not necessarily precluding the issuing of the health card but of significance
to the individual, such as skin cancers, thyroid conditions, early cataracts, etc.
We charge $95.00 for a D.O.T. physical examination.
